These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PAPERJUNKIEZ site and your purchases from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your shipping address.
Our products
PAPERJUNKIEZ makes limited, numbered collectibles. Because pieces are produced in small runs and finished by hand, slight variations are normal and are part of the product. Photos are representative; exact color and finish may vary. When a run sells out, it is gone and is not reprinted.
Orders, pricing & limits
- All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing or listing errors.
- Each drop may set a limit on quantity per buyer. We may cancel or refuse orders that exceed a limit, that we believe are placed to resell or circumvent limits (including via bots or automation), or that appear fraudulent.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy; a sale is confirmed once we accept and, where applicable, charge your payment method. We may decline or cancel an order and issue a refund.
- Run numbers are assigned at checkout and are final once your order is confirmed.
Preorders
Preorder items are charged up front to reserve your number. Ship windows shown on a drop are estimates, not guarantees. We'll keep you updated by email and ship as soon as the run is ready.
Payment
Card payments are processed by our payment processor (Square). By paying, you authorize the charge for your order total, including shipping and any options you select.
Shipping, returns & protection
Shipping, returns, and optional package protection are governed by our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Package Protection pages, which are part of these Terms. We currently ship within the US only.
Intellectual property
The PAPERJUNKIEZ name, designs, artwork, photos, and site content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Buying a piece does not transfer any rights to reproduce, manufacture, or resell the design. You may not copy or use our content without permission.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAPERJUNKIEZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
