Your exact rate is shown at checkout based on what's in your cart. Watch for promo codes — we run free-shipping days.
Processing time
Every order ships from our home base in Texas within three business days. Our goal is to have your package out the door within 24 hours — most orders hit that.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your package leaves the bench. Keep an eye on it and email us if anything looks off.
Carrier delays & incorrect addresses
Once a package is in the carrier's hands, PAPERJUNKIEZ is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for orders sent to an address the buyer entered incorrectly at checkout. Double-check your shipping info before you submit.
Lost, stolen & "delivered but missing" packages
We offer optional shipping insurance at checkout to protect against loss, theft, and damage. We strongly recommend it on any limited release or one-of-one piece.
PAPERJUNKIEZ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If something goes sideways, we'll help you file a claim — but the protection has to be on the order.
